We will leave your rental property shining top to bottom ready for new tenants or viewings.

We understand that the house needs to be completely clear of the previous occupants possessions and rubbish, we ensure no stone is left un-turned.

Included in our End Of Tenancy service are the following:

• Vacuuming of all floors throughout the house including stairs

• Mopping of all floors throughout the house

• Skirting, Architrave, Doors, Light switches and lamp shades – Cleaned/Dusted where needed

• Cobweb removal from corners of ceilings and walls

• Polishing of horizontal surfaces eg: Sideboards, TV Stands, Window Sills, Lockers etc

• Mirrors polished

• Radiators

• Bins emptied and cleaned

• Thorough clean of Bathrooms

• Steam Clean of all tight and hard to reach areas that conventional cleaning methods just cannot reach eg: shower door rollers, around taps, plug holes, bases of toilets.

• Lime Scale removal where possible

• Tiles, Bathroom fixtures and mirrors left shining
